Q: How long does shipping normally take?
A: Freak-A-Zoid prides itself on offering fast and FREE shipping! If you are located within the United States, please allow 5-14 business days for your order to arrive. For international orders, please allow 14-18 business days. For guitar purchases, kindly allow a span of 20-30 days, as we pride ourselves on presenting the most competitive online guitar rates, resulting in a slower-than-normal shipping experience. Thanks for your patience in the matter!

Q: In terms of privacy, does FAZ share or sell my information with anyone?
A: Freak-A-Zoid will never sell your information to anyone, ever. However, for order production purposes, we do share information with third-party vendors, such as printing and manufacturing entities.
